I’m Tekla Utterström, known as TeklaU.
My roots is from the north of Sweden, where I was raised among creative women. My grandmother, a full-time artist and storyteller, was a significant influence on me.

My daughter once believed my veins ran with rainbow-colored blood, and perhaps there’s some truth to that. From the age of two, I’ve been painting in vibrant colors.
I feel I was sent to this beautiful planet from a rainbow-colored star to infuse it with heart art and guide others in awakening their creative spirit through my workshops.

Art, to me, is a ritual - a sanctuary for healing and homecoming, where I remain clear and connected. I create intuitively and spiritually, aiming to inspire and touch people’s hearts.

Personal soul paintings

A commissioned piece of heart-art is a unique soulpainting created just for you.

A painting can be a doorway for joy, strength, healing, transformation, medicine and a sacred bridge to a deeper connection to your path in life.

When I paint I open up to a space of deep listening and bring through wants to come to life on the canvas for you. We start with a conversation to look into your needs and intentions with the work.

A painting is made in many different layers, and each stroke is made with intention, to call in what is here to support you.

You decide what colors you would like to be dominant on the painting. I ask you to send a photo of you, or the receiver of the painting to better get in contact with the essence of the person I am painting for.

If you have the possibility to come to my studio in Järna you are welcome to take part of the painting process and come and paint the first layers with me.

If you wish to discuss commissioning a specific piece of work, purchase an existing piece or have any other questions please contact me
